Canned Corn
Aprox. 15 - 20 minutes
Plate for 2-4 persons aprox
Ingredients
1/2 pound granandino toasted dry corn
1/2 pound of GRANANDINO panela
1/2 cup of water
1/2 white onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic
How to prepare?
- In a large pot, refrito with white onion and garlic with a splash of oil.
- Add the GRANANDINO corn to toast.
- Mix constantly with a wooden spoon, until you check that it is well cooked.
- In a container, the water with the panela is brought to the fire and it is cooked to a point before it melts.
- It is removed from the heat and the toast is placed on top of this honey and stirred until it cools completely and is breaded.
