Quinoa Salad

Salad ingredients
500gr of GRANANDINO´s Quinoa
120gr of carrot
150gr of zucchini
100gr of red pepper
1/2 liter of olive oil
Ingredients for the vinaigrette
200g of fruit vinegar
50g de mostaza
15g of salt
black pepper to taste
How to prepare?
- Fry the quinoa with a little oil.
- Cook with a liter of water.
- Cover and cook for 20 min.
- Let cool and add the vegetables sauteed in olive oil.
- Dress with the vinaigrette
