Mexican Beans

Ingredients
1 kilo of GRANANDINO´s beans
1 bunch of coriander
1/2 tomato
25g of green chili
250g of ham
250g of sausage
2 large pork sausages
200g of bacon
Salt to taste
How to prepare?
- Let the beans soak the night before. The next day cook the beans with enough water and salt to taste.
- Fry the bacon separately.
- With the fat left by the bacon, fry the other ingredients.
- wash and chop the coriander.
- Once the beans are cooked, add all the ingredients and let it thicken.
