Ingredients
800gr of GRANANDINO´s Panamito beans
1 bunch of coriander
5 large garlic
1/2 whole fresh chili
100g of bacon
1 chopped pearl onion
oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
How to prepare?
- The day before, the GRANANDINO panamito beans are soaked and the next day they are cooked in plain water until they are well cooked.
- Put a little oil in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped bacon well.
- When it is golden, add finely chopped onion, ground garlic, finely chopped chili, salt and pepper to taste.
- When everything cools well to add the already cooked beans, mix for a few minutes and leave it over low heat so that it finishes taking consistency.
